I have noticed that as I have gotten older 30's that chips taste VERY salty, but I always loved chips, would you buy chips if they were lightly salted? I know they offer lightly salted peanuts and I buy them now. Have you had this happen to you now that you are getting older??? -)

I had not much sleep, already had a full day and I got called into work. I need energy! I can't drink caffiene as advised due to my acid reflux and my doctor told me on my last visit I can have coffee I just have to switch to decaf. So what in the world do I order at starbucks and will this even help give me some energy??? Can I have cream and sugar I asume? Never had acid reflux pls help!

I normally can drink ok but i hate it because my face gets red after 1 beer even though i feel nothing. This makes me hate drinking in public becuase people often think that im drunk or something but im really not, anything that can help would be great. Thanks in advance.

I have a total chef yogurt maker, i lost the how 2 book, i have 6 lil cups to fill that takes 4 cups of milk then i think it was 2 tablepoons plain yogurt, well its ben cooking for 9 hours and still seems thin, what am i doing wrong?
