allrecipes.com...You can print out in full page, 3"x5" , or 4"x6" recipe cards. If you are a member, you can create your own recipe box. Also lots of the recipes are rated and reviewed. I only pick recipes that have received good reviews, and I have never had something turn out bad. My favorite, by far!

I love www.CookingLight.com.
I've never printed out from their website, since I have the Annual cookbooks, but they have a print version which I assume doesn't have the ads (click 3x5).

try AWW-Recipe Search, this is from an Australian magazine so you may find a lot of interesting ones there, you can printout with no trouble, another one is Food network
