I am looking for a really good recipe someone has tried that comes out very creamy not dried out or sticky very creamy and not the box of kraft baked mac n cheese !!! thanks

Mom's Creamy Baked Mac & Cheese:

1 hour 10 min prep
10 servings

2 cups milk
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (I use Velvetta)
3/4 cup breadcrumbs or crackers

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine first six ingredients and beat until smooth, using a wire whisk.
3. Layer in a greased baking dish alternating with a layer of macaroni then a layer of cheese.
4. Pour milk mixture over macaroni;sprinkle with bread or cracker crumbs.
5. Bake covered for 50 minutes.
6. Uncover during the last 5 min to crisp the top.

1/2 cup minced onions
1 tablespoon oil
3 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon parsley
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 3/4 cups cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauté onions in oil until tender.
Add macaroni, cheddar cheese, and parsley.
Mix milk, cottage cheese, salt and pepper until smooth; mix well.
Add to macaroni mixture, mix well.
Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25 minutes.

mac n cheese
box of macaroni (cooked according to pack)
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
2 c. shredded Colby/jack; mozzarella; Mexican mix or
Italian mix (whatever u like)
2 c.milk
2 tablespoons flour
splash Worcestershire sauce
butter or chicken broth
in sauce pan heat milk to boil,reduce heat to med. then add flour slowly to thicken. add cheese slowly and continue to whisk it until all the cheeses r melted. add splash of Worcestershire and salt and pepper.
grease the baking pan 9x13 with butter or use the broth, just to coat it.
mix the ronis and cheese sauce together. put in baking pan. bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
