We alwasy rip on my one friend for that. We'll go to the bar and then he'll leave after one drink. I'm dark so i don't turn red :-)
Not entirely sure, but maybe mixed drinks that contain caffeine.....the alcohol is wideining your vessles and the caffeine should constrict them....might take a break and drink some soda from time to time.

I have the same problem. I'm light complected so it really shows up. I keep small packets of Witch Hazel in my purse. Go the restroom & rub face with it. If are female & have make up, rub your ears or put your face as close to a cool vent even if it means going to you car & blowing you Air Conditioner on it. Good luck, that's why I quit wear makeup

I have the same problem, but it only happens if I haven't eaten a good meal before I go drinking. If it does happen while your out, get some kind of bread or crackers and eat them, I've found that helps too.

alchol contains aldehyde and the sign of your face turing red means that your body doesn't have a good ability to decompose the aldehyde. I heard taking Pepcid AC before you drink will take care of the face flushing.

OK you probably know the reason why. Because your blood vessels getting wider. You can putting your face into cold water. but I'm not sure if it's going to work. Or ask some one for make up.

yea it has to do with being in some sort of good shape
i'm not kidding! really...your bp has a LOT to do with it...your veins and your ability for your body to hadle the chemicals its taking in.
start maybe going to the gym and hitting the treadmill....redness will go away and you improve your health!
sorry if i offended you in any way ( i don't know if you exercise or not)
good luck with that!
