When I go to a store, you see for ex: several brands of ketsup, on is the magor brand like hunts and some are store brand. Where can I find a web site that will reveal who makes the generic brand on a side by side line up. Example name brand produce, and who makes the genric brand? Thanks everyone for your help, just woundering if a name brand company make a product then where can I find who made the same product but in a genric brand?

I love cooking beans for my family and they love it too but the gas that we suffer from after eating beans is too much of a punishment. My friends have suggested adding some baking soda so the beans while cooking but that didn't work, another one suggested draining the first boiling water when cooking...I don't think that is a good idea as to me it means I would be removing some of the nutrients of te beans. Please advise/assist.

I just bought Avacado and someone had told me I am not supposed to refridgerate it. Is that true? They had told me to just leave it on a dish on the counter (at room tempature) and after 2 days, it'll be okay to eat. I am not sure if this is true or not? How are you supposed to store Avacado? And what are some ways how you can eat Avacados. What are some ways you eat it?

I am not a chef, but I do know my way around a kitchen pretty well. My husband and I think that I am a fantastic cook. I recently decided to never cook chicken again because it always seems to come out dry except for when I stuff it with tomatoes, mozzerella, and spinach, and bake it in light Italian dressing (that's a recipe I invented when Brian decided he wanted to drop a few pounds and it's delicious and seems to be the only one that doesn't come out dry no matter how I prepare chicken.) So why does my chicken always come out dry, and what can I do to make a moist, juicy, delicious chicken?

P.S. It has to taste good too, because chicken has almost no flavor on it's own.

Know of any big or small? I need to inquire about fresh milk. I'll be doing my staying there part time at a cooking school. Anyone with a private farm, wanna sell me some milk or know a neighbor who would for lower prices than store? I want fresh all natural raw milk as I am am an alternative caterer, don't want radiated milk!

My friend video taped himself chugging 2 bottles of hard alcohol (one was 80 proof..Not sure what the other one was) and taking 6 shots of pucker, and 2 shots of malibu, all in about 3 minutes and 20 seconds. he's about 5'11, 240 pounds.

I was on the phone with him and he was sounding really out of it..then he let me go.

Is it possible to do that, and be okay? Should I be worried about him?
