First off, I look for a good quality coffee bean. At home I drink Zimbabwe AA. I grind it fresh. I use a drip maker and drink it black. Putting milk, sugar, honey, flavoring, etc in good coffee is like putting catsup on a steak.

I like coffee all ways, depending on my mood, white / black / with or without sugar - the only way i dont like it is really weak, waffy and milky - i want to TASTE the coffee!! I'm especially into using powder whitener instead of milk at the moment - nice and creamy - yum!

I like a fresh strong brew...a good French roast is usually a safe bet if I am not familiar with the brand of beans. And, then I add half 'n' half...I want to maintain the bold texture and lo-fat, or even regular, milk thins it too much. Yuh-umm!

I like 1 strong coffee per day, made from my Bodum with a little cream. I also grind my beans just before brewing.

If I am at home I like it strong with skim milk, if I am at my favorite coffee drive through I like a double double, mostly because it's fun to say and it's more like a dessert that way.
