As long as the blood is not diseased it's actually very nutritious.
Many native people's drink blood from their animals. The taste of it is hard to describe and can very slightly by species. It definitely doesn't taste like Coca-Cola

Its totally drinkable. Eskimos and Nomands used to drink the blood of animals first, tastes bit iron (since has a lot of it).
As food also blood saugages and pancakes are big delicacy in some parts of the world, in England "black pudding" uses blood.
Try them with cranberry jam:
4 dl blood*
4 dl milk
4 dl barley flour
1 egg
1 tbs dark syrup
½ tsp salt
dash of white pepper
dash of marjoram
butter for frying
*Bottles of blood for cooking can be found from the frozen food section of the grocery shops.
Mix the blood and milk together in a mixing bowl. Add the barley flour whilst constantly stirring. Add the egg, syrup and seasonings. Cover the bowl and set aside for 30 minutes.
Brown the blood pancakes on a greased pancake griddle (2 to 3 minutes on each side).

lots of people can drink blood so nothing happen. most people just choose not to. bad or good? well it ain't going to make you popular, but who is to say. not really bad or god, just another thing some people do. bad or good is more a question of how you getting the blood to drink. mos def not like coke.

I would advise against it, although blood sausage is good.
Boudin is very tasty. Mmmm....rice dressing and blood stuffed in a pig intestine.
