What is a fry up? I know bangers and bacon but I have never heard the term fry up. And yes, I am in the US.
Thanks for the translation
Well that does sound difficult. Here in the US (well here in the south east anyway) we tend to eat large breakfast too. Eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, buiscuts (more like scones, I have had "water biscuits" we call those crackers), gravy, and grits usually make up our breakfast here. It would be rough to give those up.
I am guessing it is for health reasons, and if that is the case there are alot of healthy alternatives, and it wouldn't hurt to cheat on the rare occasion.

I completely understand... you poor thing! I was in Ireland for a week on a collegiate choir tour, and I couldn't eat anything that was served for breakfast save for toast and marmalade. At least the bread was freshly made!
Consider the following recipe - it's a bit more popular in the States, and your friends will probably think you've lost your mind, but it might be a decent substitute for a fry-up.
Cook two thin slices (well, what counts in the UK as a thin slice) or one thick slice of bacon in an ungreased skillet. When fully cooked, place the bacon on a towel, paper towels, or other absorbent material to cool. Drain the excess fat from the pan.
Chop up some veggies of choice - I favor mushrooms, bell or sweet peppers, and onions, give or take some spinach or arugula (rocket in the UK). Break up the cooled bacon and add it to the veggie mix. Add two or three egg whites to this mix, stir gently, and transfer this mixture to the pan. Cook until the eggs are cooked through, stirring and breaking up (like scrambling the eggs) throughout the process. If you can have it, serve with a slice of toast.
Also, search out your local health food store (I know, those words are probably anathema, but trust me on this). Talk to the staff, as they are usually very knowledgeable about dietary restrictions and how to get around them while still eating well.

Ok firstly how did your brother do this to you? I would strongly recommend to you to use olive oil you can buy this from the chemist all you need to do is apply to hair before bed time take a shower cap cover your hair so you don't get any on your pillow and wash and condition in the morning. Only wash your hair around two to three times a week as if you other wash you'll dry you hair out, After you do shampoo, onto damp hair apply some styling moose and hair serum like frizz ease or something to keep the ends moisturised before you style. Also get regular trims every 4-6 weeks by a hairdresser as this keep your hair growing healthy. If this does not work then I would strongly recommend going to see a real professional i.e. a hairdresser. Hope this helps

I hope you are not ill! But, yes, life can get better. You can have your occasional fry-up but think of the benefits of eating a less hazardous diet!
a) Pounds will drop off - along with other healthier eating plans
b) Your skin will be clearer
c) Your cholesterol level will be lower
d) You will have more time and less stress - how I hate trying to
juggle timings for the whole meal to be ready at once!
e) Less washing up
f) More energy - in your mind and body, and that saved by using less fuel!
g) Cheaper - both in terms of food bought and electricity/gas consumption.
h) Better digestion - and probably a lot less flatulence!
If you must have the eggs, try them scrambled or omletted, or boiled (peeling is a bit of a faff I know, but .....)
Mushrooms on toast - I am sure you can work that one out.
Ideas infinitum. I would love to write a book of breakfast ideas - there is practically nothing on the market.

why? if you've gone vegetarian there's plenty of vegetarian substitute options available.
if it's for health reasons, try grilling your bacon (cut the fat off), avoid the sausages (you never really know what went into them) poach the egg, use brown bread (no butter and no frying), add more veg like tomato and mushrooms. don't eat anything that's been fried or deep fried.
you'll probably only be able to make this for yourself at home as I've never seen a cafe try and cook the stuff in a healthy manner!

You can make a fry up healthy! I am on a mission to save my bf's arteries so I buy low fat sausages & cut any fat off the bacon then grill them. He has toast but the butter is kept to a minimum and we have a tefal non-stick pan so I don't need or use any oil or butter to fry the eggs. Beans are low fat and good for you anyway and if you want anything else, just grill it and don't use oil or butter!

i'm so sorry - it does sound like the end........
I hope it's not a serious medical reason and just dietary advice (which can be cheated occasionally)
Healthy alternatives do start to taste better after a while- stick at it!!!

Poor you! You can make a 'healthier' alternative by grilling and cutting fat off everything though.
