that does not contain wheat, eggs, soy, dairy, peanuts or meat or poultry of any kind. I have food allergies and I am bored to tears with my limited diet. Hoping to find something from other cultures. Seafood and fish are ok. Thanks

I have been watching in every liquor bottle the same 42.8% v/v is appearing! If there is no difference between scotch/premium liquor to ordinary/cheap liquor why they are incscribing it? What percentage of the above mentioned liquor to be consumed to be in good healthy condition?

Okay, I'm suddenly stuck at home due to a snowstorm and unable to get out. Today is normal grocery day. I need help figuring out what to make with the fish I have with the limited supplies..

Now, I have two types of fish: Bull fish and (I think) Northern Pike.

What's in my cupboard: ritz crackers, Uncle Ben's rice (Broc. & cheese), salt, pepper, lemon pepper, worcheshire sauce, steak salt, oil, basil, oregano, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar. Pancake mix.

What's in fridge: Milk, crappy el cheap "American" cheese and eggs, Mudslide in pitcher, and Strawberry Margarita mix, French bread, and italian bread.

I'm single...so forgive me. But I'm sure I'll be starving by tonight so any creative food designers out there? Would love to hear suggestions.

I love cheese its great. I like many different types from the traditional English cheeses like Stilton, Red Leicester and Cheddar to the yummy French cheeses such as Brie, Camambert and Roule. Cheese rules!!

Whenever I make homemade coffee it's always bitter. I always clean my coffee maker so, that's not it. Does anyone know of anything you can put into your coffee to make it less bitter. Thanks.

There is a vineyard in Australia called Four Sisters, which produces the most wonderful merlot. I have been buying it for a while, but recently it is impossible to find. My local package store tells me that they can't get it, but don't know what the problem is. Does anyone out there know anything about this?

I'm looking to throw a '80s-themed housewarming party for about 25 or so guests. What things should I factor in, and about how much would it cost? I'm going to make it BYOB to save costs, and possibly even potluck.

I'm throwing my best friend her bachelortte party and it will be the first time I've thrown a party this big. It's more than likely going to be at my apartment and the girls invited are some I used to work with and she still works with (I worked at a doctor's office for 2 1/2 years which is where she and I met. I got a new full-time and better paying job about two months ago and she's still working at the doctor's office. She's been there about 2 years now) and there should be quite a few of them. I plan on having finger foods and party favors that I saw on some websites. But I need some cute/funny games to play that night. Nothing too risque, my friend is easily embarrassed. And we're not having a stripper either. Just some stuff that's fun for everyone without going too far. Thanks a bunch!

Oh, and I read somewhere that the hostess of the bachelorette party is supposed to give a speech when all the guests get there to kick everything off. Is that true?

We have a busy schedule in today's life style. Is it worth spending time on entertaining? What in your opinion is the benefit of entertaining?
