Okay, I'm suddenly stuck at home due to a snowstorm and unable to get out. Today is normal grocery day. I need help figuring out what to make with the fish I have with the limited supplies..

Now, I have two types of fish: Bull fish and (I think) Northern Pike.

What's in my cupboard: ritz crackers, Uncle Ben's rice (Broc. & cheese), salt, pepper, lemon pepper, worcheshire sauce, steak salt, oil, basil, oregano, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar. Pancake mix.

What's in fridge: Milk, crappy el cheap "American" cheese and eggs, Mudslide in pitcher, and Strawberry Margarita mix, French bread, and italian bread.

I'm single...so forgive me. But I'm sure I'll be starving by tonight so any creative food designers out there? Would love to hear suggestions.

Oh, I could have a field day at your house....I would poach the fish with lemon pepper, then I would make the uncle bens rice, chip up the cooked fish in it, add and egg and make fishcakes. Or, crush up the ritz crackers, add the cooked fish to the crumbs, sprinkle with lemon pepper and fry up the fish balls (might want to add an egg to help them hold together. I would toast the bread and top it with the crappy cheese, and some basil. Or, better yet, I would just whip up a bunch of strawberry margaritas, and drink so much I would pass out, then woudnt worry about nuttin! lol By the way, I am snowbound too!

Don't laugh. I'm serious.

Put the Ritz in a ziplock bag. Crush it to a fine powder. Put it in a bowl, mixing with a little steak salt.

Now beat some eggs.

Dip your defrosted fish in the eggs and then into the Ritz mixture. Place on a shallow pan and broil in the oven. Watch it carefully, fish cooks fast, and don't forget to flip. Or you can put oil in a frying pan...heat till it's sizzly, and fry the fish.

Serve with your rice and have a Margarita to shake away the winter blues.

Just bake the fish with a little lemon pepper sprinkled on, make up the rice, and wash it down with either a Margarita. For desert, make some spiced pancakes, topped with ice cream, and enjoy a frozen mudslide.

I hope the storm isn't heading my way... I'm in western NY, and don't really need anymore snow or cold. Thank you very much! :)
