I can't tell you that but If all else fails I would go to the local grocery store, Jewel by me, and at the cake department they have books of all the cakes they make. They might have Ninja Turtles, They are still very popular. Check theirs out, You might get some good ideas and you can find these really small ninja turtle dolls at the store. There like 2 bucks each, but those would look good on top too.

Make frosting the colors of the Ninja Turtles...you can do turtle green on top then the brownish green (just add black red and yellow to your green until you get the right color) on sides. Can texture using a fork or wide tooth comb. Purchase the turtle toys from walmart and put on top in the various poses...may need to "stake" them in the cake by using fruit spears taped to the bottom of the turtle's legs. (Child will love the toys afterwards)
Can add decorations by using fruit by the foot as ribbons...or if you have a cool candy store nearby, find those edible rocks! Also could use runts or sprinkles to get added color.

I decorate cakes every now and then I got alot of information from this website:
www.cakecentral.com
You have to register to see pics, but it is free. Once you do, search the birthday gallery for ninja turtles... I am sure you will find many pics to give you inspiration. The website also has some tutorials and decorating tips.

try wilton.com. They might make ninja turtle cake pans and then you can star tip the design with frosting. If they do not make a ninja turle pan currently...then try ebay and find one from the first time ninja turtles were popular. I'm sure my brother had a ninja turtle cake when he was younger...he was a huge ninja turtle fan...even had the pj's. hahah
