I love cheese its great. I like many different types from the traditional English cheeses like Stilton, Red Leicester and Cheddar to the yummy French cheeses such as Brie, Camambert and Roule. Cheese rules!!

A friend gave me a fresh baby swiss a couple weeks ago. (He works for a cheese maker.) I was no fan of swiss up to that day. But I never had such a wonderful cheese up to that day.
There is something to be said for anything fresh direct from the maker, versus from a store shelf sitting there for who nows how long.

Smoked Gouda and Extra Sharp Cheddar would have to be my favorites; I always enjoyed Neufchatel, although that would fall under sweets I suppose, as they were all fruit or chocolate flavored. Also love Muenster with Braunschweiger on pumpernickel bread with spicy mustard!

Cheese is one of the most awesome foods on the planet!
Parrano is my newest favorite, very nutty, buttery and packed with flavor.
Smoked gouda, parmigiano reggiano and white cheddars are yummy too.

Cheese is great! Personally I like white cheese - white farmhouse is good and edam cheese is good to. I'm also a fan of Stilton :D

I like American cheese fro general use, I love feta on salads, parm in soups, cheddar, brie is great baked....mmmm cheese.
