I'm making a big crock pot full of beef stew. Serve over noodles or rice. Have a big loaf or two of garlic bread, and of course a case of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

A name brand package of meatballs with barbecue sauce......use equal amounts of ketchup, grape jelly and apple jelly mixed together to make the sauce...I usually use a jar of one of the jellies for measurement. Its yummy , it may sound like they wouldn't taste well together but they do. Add them all together in a crock pot and cook for a few hours.

go for potato skins. microwave potatoes cut them in half and scoop some of the potato out. fill them with chedar or colby jack cheese, bacon, green onions, and/or cilantro. bake them. have some sour cream and ranch sauce to spoon onto the potato skins

We're having chili, nachos, Swedish meatballs, chips and bean dip or guac. My husband will eat 90% of this, and I'll be paying for it later when all the spice and beans hit him. :)

my superbowl party is going to rock...i am making garlic prawns, stuffed mushroom caps, hotwings, and if they are still hungry i am going to make them my scallop and prawn bowl... i thought about chili but do i want to be stuck in a house with a bunch of gassy people...hmm nope.
