My fiancee are debating this, she loves ketchup, even on sausage biscuits and other strange items like ham sandwhiches. I was eating some tartar sauce on my chicken at long john silvers today and she freaks and says I am disgusting, so.. tell me which is more odd????

I remember when I was young (1980s) I had a friend who's dad did snuff. He would put a little on his hand and snort it up. Is this stuff legal in the United States? I know it's just tobacco but I cant recall seeing anybody except for him do this stuff in my entire life. Also, what is the appeal (or unappeal) of this stuff? Can you even get it around here?

In other words, what do you know about this snuff? Eh?

They are each about a pound a piece. They are de-frosting as we speak and are uncooked.
They don't fit into any pot I own...although I am hoping after they thaw a bit I can fold them in.
I have butter, garlic, Old Bay, lemon and lime juices... and lots of other spices.
Please help me! How to I steam them and season them? How long? Can I break them if they don't fit in the pot after they thaw?
Give me all ya got!

Thanks All!

I'm making pretzel salad. The topping is mixing one large pack of strawberry jello with 2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup cold and frozen stawberrys. When it starts to gel you can scoop it on the layer of pretzel salad. My gelatin mixture is not getting thick. Did I do something wrong or is there anything I can do to fix it??

Hehe, this sort of spawned off another question of mine.

How useful do you think a mini-lightsaber, or lightknife, would be in the kitchen? Less hassle?

I was thinking it would melt whatever you're cutting, but we've all seen how clean cut Luke's hand was. ;)

I used to buy the large packets of Baja Fresh Starbursts at Walmart for $2, all the time. The price was too good!

I noticed I developed an unhealthy craving for it, like sometimes I just needed so badly...

I'm not like that anymore since we moved to a different home farther away from Walmart and the nearby Walgreens charges too much.

I was wondering if it was a psychological addiction of a physical one, as in Starbursts containing these formulated additives made at the factories that I've heard of.

So what do you think?

Eating soy products turns you into a homosexual!
Quote

There's a slow poison out there that's severely damaging our children and threatening to tear apart our culture. The ironic part is, it's a "health food," one of our most popular.
Now, I'm a health-food guy, a fanatic who seldom allows anything into his kitchen unless it's organic. I state my bias here just so you'll know I'm not anti-health food.

The dangerous food I'm speaking of is soy. Soybean products are feminizing, and they're all over the place. You can hardly escape them anymore.
