I've heard certain cravings mean lack of things in my body- but i eat heaps of calcium rich products! Does anyone know what else this could mean?

Sometimes when you eat too much salt you crave calcium to counteract with it.

Or you just love cheese. :)

well i dont think that that is what it is. When you need something in your body you can usually differentiate between your taste wants and your body needs. I crave a lot of foods all the time, and I dont think it is because I need them. And cheese is a pretty addictive ingrediant, like the cheddar goldfish I am eating right now, I just cant stop munching them

It could be you just like cheese. It could be your body is short on Lactic acid. Which is not always present in other calcium rich foods.
