"What length of time can I keep pork in the freezer?
Generally, fresh cuts of pork, like roasts, chops and tenderloin can be kept well-wrapped in the freezer up to 6 months. Well-wrapped ground pork can be kept for about 3 months in the freezer. "

Until you cook them. No honestly not too long. Take those chops ,thaw them, season them with some seaaoning salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cut up some potatoes, throw them in a roasting like pan. Put some aluminum foil over the pan, poke a few holes in the foil and turn the oven on about 350 degrees. Let cook for about 45 min. turn them over after 15 and cook one of your favorite side dishes and you're good to go.
