Thanks for viewing my question!
I have recently discovered that my local dunkin donuts uses regular coffee in there espresso drinks (lattes, etc) At another Dunkin Donuts I visit, they use espresso and the taste is incredible whereas the one I frequent is bland and you cannot taste any espresso. It appears to me that they use regular coffee. Not to mention the fact, that when I try to say something, they cannot understand what I am trying to say. (They do not speak/understand English very well) I don't know who to tell. I feel like I am paying for something I am not getting. Please Help!

I make lunch for the week ahead of time. I like to buy a bag of frozen boneless chicken breast tenders and need a tasty lowfat way to fix 'em. (I'm happy with brown rice and veggies as a side, just need something different to do with the chicken). I usually saute it with rosemary and white wine or lemon pepper or garlic. Any ideas? ~Thanks!

I saw this question online recently and it was removed about 5 mins after posting. I think it's important to put an answer out there. Here's mine:

Difficult one - why are they drinking it? If they're drinking to "drown out" personal issues, then i suggest they seek help. If they're becoming a "slave" to their drink, and cannot do without, then they might be considered bordering alcoholic.

The problem, however lies in the definition and the definer - i.e. DEFINITION: The AA generally view an alcoholic as someone who is addicted to alcohol and has a maladaptive pattern of drinking that leads to significant personal problems.

DEFINER: You? The drinker is, to the largest extent, the one who has to decide whether they've crossed the line or not. 3-4 cases (slabs?) is a hell of a alot to drink in one week, but some people can take that and not get pissed. If this drinker is pissed every week, then yes, seek help.

AA is totally anonymous: http://www.alcoholics-anonymous.org/

I know recipes call for dry powdered milk to thicken up yogurt but I'm wondering if it would be ok to substitute dry buttermilk powder instead?
Any one ever try this or have an opinion?

1/2 pint sour cream (8 oz.)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

I prefer the recipe as follows:

2 eggs - break them with a fork but do not whisk unless you want meringue.
Spot of butter melted in a pan
Dash of milk mixed into egg
Pepper

On medium heat stir until eggs are starting to solidify but still runny. Using a Bain Marie is a complete waste of time and too much effort.

Consistency is semi-solid, not fluid but like a thick gravy.
Serve on toast.
