Ok, breathe, and now take a deep breath.
Smile you....are doing much better and you want to take back control of your life.
1. Everytime you pass a mirror, smile, and a big smile.
2. Make sure your nutrition is good......take multi-vitamins every day, and a fiber tablet...add more fruit and vegetables
3. Make sure you walk at least 5 minutes a day...and try stairs 3-5 minutes at a time...everyday.
.....and I don't care if you are just walking to the bathroom, the momentum...gets you going
4. Now here's the interesting part.
Make a list of all the things you want to do in life.....your wishes, hopes and dreams......and where you want to travel
5. Now make a list of all the things you don't want in life, all those people who hurt you and what you don't like about how you've been treated.
6. Make the list of things you don't want in life...to disappear by tearing it up into a thousand pieces and throw it away.
7. Everytime you start to feel down, make another list of what attributes you like in others you admire, and see if you have some of those attributes, then ....state what you want out of life, and where you want to travel.
Congratulate yourself....everytime you accomplish something on your good list.....yes...and sometimes go window shopping and try on new outfits...yes take a whole hour and do this...then if you like the outfit....go out of the store....and if in a week, you go back to the store and try it on again.....treat yourself....You deserve it.
You deserve to be happy...and if you take back control of your life, you will be ....and
You deserve to be in a ROCKING RELATIONSHIP....KEEP SMILING...YES EVERYTIME YOU PASS A MIRROR!
