without changing the flavour, boiling it, or the volume or the color, what can I add!!??!?!? urgent life or death matter

Depending on your use, you can add starches or stabilizers (like xanthan gum, guar gum, locust bean gum, carboxy methyl cellulose, or alginate) to make your drink viscose without changing its flavor and color. you may heat it a little but not boil it. volume would also be the same since you will only add about 0.5% of this.

People would probably take your question more seriously, if you didn't claim it was "life or death"...folks generally don't like being lied to or exteme exaggeration.

You want to increase the viscosity...as mentioned by another poster freezing will thicken it but it changes the texture and the water in the milk will start to separate as it freezes and becomes icy...

There may be powers of some kind that you could add to make it thicker, but not change the flavor, but I can't think of anything off the top of my head...

There is a product called "thick it" that is available at pharmacies. It is for persons who have difficulty with thin liquids. You can make it from nectar, honey or pudding consistency
