What will be the expiry date of open pack baking powder?

following the recommended storage for the baking powder, it should state the date on the bottom of the container as either "best used by" or "sell by"

Unless you get bugs in your baking powder, and the high salt content should keep that from happening, baking powder doesn't spoil.

Over time it does lose it effectiveness to make things rise.

If your baking powder has been open for more than 2 or 3 years, then you should go buy new, just to make sure the amounts called for in your recipe would still work.

For maximum freshness, the product should remain on your shelf for a maximum of date packaged + 12 months
Once the product is opened, it should remain on your shelf for a maximum of 3 months OR less. The combined unopen and open timeframes should not exceed date packaged + 12 months

There's an expiration date stamped on the can. You can use it after that date but results are hit and miss.
