Poppycock popcorn...marshmallows are another and those jelly sweets with the bitter sugar on them...I`m ashamed to say I`ve eaten all these sweets to the extent I felt sick...sad or what for a mature woman...

Oh goodness yes! I have the same problem with Pringles and pistachios. But I also over indulge in Popcorn, veggies with dip and pretty much any type of cookie! It is horrible and I am ashamed to mention it, but I ate a whole can of pringles all by myself in like 15 minutes...UGH!

In general you need to eat a lot of carbohydrates before you are satisfied. But it isn't long before you want more again. All the foods you mention are carbos. If you eat protein you can be satisfied for much longer. My list of junk food (carbohydrates) that I like is too long, and I am trying to give them up! So I won't mention them here, but instead mention quorn sausages plus marmite, cheese and peanut butter sandwiches which are my current fave mostly-protein snacks (I am a vegetarian)

Coffee,they have a substance that makes you addicted to them.Choclate, I love KitKat,Van Houten and many more.When you start eating it you just can't stop.Pringles and Lays are really great and how about Famous Amous cookies.Curry puffs are also tasty especially the one from Old Chang Kee

Anything that's milk chocolate. It doesn't happen with dark chocolate, only milk chocolate. I can eat a whole bag of hershey kisses. I can't start or I won't stop. Weird isn't it?

We can always stop...it's just a matter of desire and will power...
However, things that I tend to overindulge in are nuts, chocolate candy, and many types of chips...I tend to graze on these things until I realize all of the sudden that I'm "full"...

I have learned self control. I only eat a lot when I know its healthy- i.e. carrots. I used to eat a lot of chocolate though
