i have always bought british sirlion steak from tesco's and never from a butcher.Now i have always wondered wot the fuss was about because it never taste's of anything,just tasteless juice and chewy fat,but now i have found a highclass butcher that sells shropshire bred and killed meat and this is totally melt in the mouth ecstasy,how can the best cut of beef taste so much different from one cow to another.

In your opinion, what is the best way to make a Martini?

I hear that shaken not stirred gets you water with gin and bruises the gin, and I know there are a lot of ways to make Martini's so...

Basically I've watched too much M*A*S*H and now want to try a Martini, but I want it to be a good one.
