I've been vegeterian for around a year now. I want to go vegan, but there aren't any stores that sell alot of vegan products. Does anyone know any good vegan/health food stores in Brooklyn, New York?

I live in Seattle, but there are several good chains that may be in NY.

Chez Chantal Vegan Delicatessen - 5.7 miles N - 147 1st Ave, New york city, New york 10003 - (212) 677-1549
Blossom Vegan Rstrnt & Cafe - 7.1 miles NW - 187 9th Ave, New york city, New york 10011 - (212) 627-1144
Flatbush Food Coop - 1.1 miles SW - 1318 Cortelyou Rd, Brooklyn, 11226 - (718) 284-9717
Health Check Systems Inc - 3.7 miles S - 431 Avenue U # A, Brooklyn, 11223 - (718) 339-6212
Back to the Land Natural Foods - 2.1 miles NW - 142 7th Ave, Brooklyn, 11215 - (718) 768-5654

The link below might help you out! I currently live in the middle of nowhere and order from these guys quite often (along with Amazon groceries). None of the veggie/vegan online groups have listings for anything there? I'll do a search later and see what/if I find anything for you.
Btw, the vegan Haggis is a kick! I ordered a can as a joke for a Scottish guy I know, he said it smells and tastes just as bad as the real thing (I thought all Scots liked Haggis).

You must mean pre-made meals.. because the grocery store has thousand of selections for a VEGAN.
Look in the fresh fruit & veggie section & go wild. Next look at all the different kinds of Rices on the market & Legumes(beans, peas etc.)..God made the world full of food for us. Just skip the "man-made garbage"
