Peanut butter, pimiento cheese, salsa, egg salad, tuna salad, Swiss or cheddar cheese, or just plain butter. You don't want to put anything sweet on an "everything" bagel because they are flavored with onions, garlic, poppy , sesame and caraway seeds; hence, the name, "everything". However, what I like on them are either veggie cream cheese or sun-dried tomato cream cheese. If you purchased your everything bagels at Panera Bread, you can buy these spreads there, and they also have a low-fat version. Bon Appetit!

I found a recipe a long time ago, take the cream cheese and soften it. Add onion powder, and garlic powder to taste, and cut parmesan cheese into the mix. Spread on a onion bagel. Oh, yum.
