Side dishes: Scalloped Potatoes and Asparagus.
Try this recipe. My family uses it for Ham and Turkey as a dipping sauce, but you could also use it as a glaze for the Ham...
SUE's CRANBERRY GLAZE SAUCE:
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together. Cook in a saucepan on medium heat until smooth and heated thoroughly.

Mashed potatoes (use small russet potatoes and leave the skin on them) and gravy, cornbread dressing, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and pea salad.
In case you don't know,
Pea salad is just a can or two of small early peas enough mayonnaise to make it creamy and diced onions mixed in a bowl. If you try it mix the pea salad until the mayo begins to turn slightly green from the peas in it. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes a great contrast to hot heavy food in a meal.

Red skin potatoes in parsley butter with a touch of lemon juice and onion powder, brocolli for color and rolls. Perfect. Hmm.... I think I'll make that for supper, too!
