i loved that stuff when i was wee 2. last year there was talk of remaking it but couldnt find the original recipe for making it. some newsagent discovered a tin in his stockroom and gave it in so they could discover how to make it and put it back on the shelves again but iv never heard or seen anything more since then

My mum never bought us proper fizzy drinks, we only got TreeTops Diluting Orange (lava lamp shaped bottle and lids that she kept for eggcups lol) and cremola foam. I drank the cremola foam because the Treetops made my throat wheezy (probably full of now highly illegal additives!). I remember liking the lime cremola foam best, but my sisters liked the cola flavour.

I do think though, that nostalgia makes us remember things more fondly. I bet if you tried it now, it would be disgusting lol. watery and with that scummy stuff on top, ugh!

I found this quote from Nestle on another site, where someone had contacted them regarding re-manufacturing it -

Thankyou for your recent enquiry.
We are sorry to inform you that Cremola Foam has been withdrawn from our range in October 1998 due to the high cost of production and the relatively low level of sales.

This product was a Nestle UK (Rowntree's) product and is not available abroad. We hope that this is not too disappointing a reply and that you appreciate our position.

Thankyou once again for taking the trouble to to contact us.

Ah creamola foam. I do know they were stil selling it in costco a couple of years ago but I couldn't tell you if they still do it now. Apparently it was discontinued in 1998 but if you go to this website http://retrosweets.co.uk/ they have a petition to get it made again

Hi, don't think it exists any more, at least I haven't seen it. It was a powder just stirred into cold water I think
