dinner at our house consites of:
vegetable lasagna (homemade but very easy)
garlic bread
salad
pumpkin pie
and maybe a small ham(my hubbys favorite)
fixing the ham is very easy...place in oven bag like a chicken pour in one can of coke close bag and bake for neccessary time.

vegetable lasagna
boil noodles (in amt you need depending on size of group)
layer pan with noodles, then mixture of shredded carrots broccoli and spinach, you can use either red or white sauce, and some cheese(i use a mixture of colby and jack and mozzarella) and repeat till of desired thickness.
bake in over at 350-375* over till cheese on top is bubbling. allow to set for 10-15 min before serving. and refridgerate remaining amts.

I prefer my Moose medium rare.. but seriously:

My traditional Christmas Dinner is -

Green Salad
Prime Rib Roast (Horseradish & Herb rubbed)
Yorkshire Pudding
Green Beans with Almonds
Blueberry Cheesecake

My Sister-in-law adds a turkey and a ham (with all their traditional trimmings)... but she does Xmas for 40-50 people !!
