So my $20,000 pot rack is now hanging up and needs some pots and pans hanging on it that aren't 17 years old (has it really been that long since we got those wedding gifts?). What should I be looking for in new cookware and what is the best value for a quality product.

We have no Japanese restaurants here. I really want to cook some sushi for my family. Is it easy to cook? Or should I give up the idea?

One of my favorite foods at our chinese buffet is fried zucchini. It is coated with this very crispy crumb coating. What is it and how do you get it to stick?

Like Ellen Degeneres and Britney Spears, I love Cheetos Puffs. But I have a question about that orange powdery stuff they coat then with in order to make them super-cheesy: what is it, really (is it at all similar to the orange stuff that people spread all over their bodies to get that wierd tan)? Details would be nice.

Second question: what should you drink when eating Cheetos puffs so that you don't have an orange tongue for the rest of the week?
