I turned vegetarian 3 months ago and noticed that my hair, finger and toenails might be growing slower. i know they are made up of protein, and now that i'm not overdosing on protein i'm wondering if they are growing at more of a normal natural rate.

Anyone have a good recipe for sweet potato pie?

I have two large sweet potatoes (could always get more), pie crusts, evaporated milk, marshmellows, etc. My boyfriend doesn't like nuts or chocolate, so those two ingredients are out. I'm not really impressed with any of the recipes I looked at online. If you've got a good recipe, I'd appreciate your sharing. Thanks!

I want to make seafood Alfredo for supper but I don't have much sour cream left. Can I use some whipped cream?

It's real whipped cream and I whipped it last week with a bit of sugar. Do you think I could add some of it to my alfredo sauce?

I bought jujube fruit. Have you ever had it. Why don't they grow Vitamin C rich fruits.?

These are delicious too. Mostly found in India, Pakistan and China. These are extremely high in Vitamin C. Vitamin C is supposed to cure heart disease ( Noble prize winning Chemist Linus Pauling Said.). Why do they not6 grow here fruits high in Vitamin C. I mean in USA. I believe Vitamin C can actually reduce health costs.

What is your favorite type of chocolate?

Mine is Darkchocolate. I think Crunch white chocolate was heaven!
But all those different versions of well known chocolates like M&M and Kit Kat is like a joke of the original. Strawberry cream and Kit Kat? No thanks!Lol.

Will Hot Fudge be OK for 4 hours in a Crockpot?

We are having a Chocolate Festival in a couple of weeks. One of our offerings is build your own Hot Fudge Sundaes. I am going to make a homemade Hot Fudge recipe, but I am wondering if it will "keep" in a crockpot on low for several hours. I don't want it to crash or separate or get too thick. Help!

What part of the pumpkin do you use?
