Cheesecake. Found the recipe on allrecipes.com, and followed the suggestions of the critics, [you get to do that on the site, people try the recipe and comment on it, or suggest ways to improve it]. Wow, yum. It's called cheesecake Supreme, submitted by Muffy.
The time is what got changed. It should bake for 3 hours, or until a toothpick comes out clean. the last one I made went 3 and 1/2 hours, after the 10 minute bake at 400 degrees.. And worth every minute. Cheesecake factory, move over. This is just as good!
Am also famous for my chocolate buttercream frosting[it's just powdered sugar, cocoa powder, margarine and warm coffee], my deviled eggs straight from my Mom's kitchen, and she got it from a Betty Crocker cookbook, , and a dessert call Apricot Antartica I got out of a local restaurants's cookbook, after having it at the Elsah's Landing. Layers of vanilla ice cream, crushed 'nilla wafers for a crust, apricot jam, almonds, and almond extract, that seeps up into the ice cream and flavors the whole dessert. Oh, my, now I will have to fix it.
The same rule should apply at this site for dieters, as it does at the grocery store. Never go there hungry!
I know we are not supposed to have a conversation on this site, but would the person, lou, who fries the crab claws post how to do that on the site? Put it under the heading, does anyone want the recipe for fried crab claws? That way you won't bread any rules. I love crab.

I get requests for my pumpkin pies, cookies, cakes, banana bread, homemade poppyseed twist bread, meatballs, and candies. In fact, I already started my holiday cookies because I have so many that expect a container. Oh and my chocolate covered fruitcake truffles turned every fruitcake hater I met last Christmas into a fan.

My husband loves my meatloaf and mashed potatoes. I always make real mashed potatoes and I steam fresh veggies to go with it. My meatloaf is made from ground turkey. I add bread crumbs, soy sauce, and a can of french onion soup. You can add ketchup too if you want. Also, when you make it make two and freeze one for a quick dinner when you don't have time one night.
