The temperature will be the same for both if left out. Both liquids will reach the same temperature at some point - the ambient temperature of the room.
The reason it SEEMS different is because while drinking them two things happen.
1. Your mouth becomes accustomed to the hot or cold liquid so a cold beer will "feel" warm even though it's technically still cold - just not as cold as you were used to.
2. When you put the glass to your mouth your brain "expects" it to be the same temperature as the last drink. So if it's hotter or colder, it seems exaggerated.

Actually they will both get room temperature,but you having drank the beer when it was cold feels it as hotter then it is and with the coffee it feels cooler. If you must try it get some coffe and beer and set them out and see.
