Answerer #1 is correct about it being an aquavit, but not about the pronunciation - it's pronounced Skawneh. The manufacturer is Reimersholms, and you could e-mail them and ask if Skåne is expoerted to the UK and if so, if they have a list of retailers or the name of the UK importer. It's Akvavit and it's pronounced Skoal.
