I am vegetarian and was just wondering if anyone can recommend a good supplement that helps replace the vitamins and minerals that don't have a high consistency in a vegetarian diet, that doesn't break the bank? Thanks in advance.

The other day I was in the store and I see that they are selling fat free ½ and ½. I know one of the ½ is cream and in order to get cream it’s made from fat, does this really mean that they are just selling fat free milk at a much higher price?

Being friends with all guests mean I'm confident in engaging conversation and flowing from person to person - however, a majority don't know each other. What's the best technique for making them more... 'approachable'. Will having the smell of lavender or camomile in the air make them too relaxed? Alcohol makes them too 'easy', and no, I'm not going to pass around marijuana.

What's an effective way of having them enjoy food music and company without being too self-conscious?

Too many, I know!
But, just roughly are there in a "regular" sized donna kebab (not one of those chicken ones) so I know how long I need to be in the gym tomorrow?

Just wondering why you don't Google or Yahoo your request before putting it out here on Yahoo Answers? If you want a recipe, search for it first! Is it really THAT difficult?

Of course, cultural differences exist within nations, as well as beyond their borders. Sometimes, however, this fact doesn't seem to be recognized by everyone.
