Accidently bought raw almonds and so do not know if we can eat them or if we have to bake, roast, or do something else with them before we eat them.

I turned 21 last March. Since then, I've done a decent amount of drinking. While I've never been terribly drunk, I do enjoy social drinking. I can tell pretty well by feel how intoxicated I am and how in control of myself I am (my opinions in retrospect tend to match my previous opinions of my state in the moment). However, here's my problem. In New Jersey, a DWI charge goes for a BAL of 0.08 or greater. I have no idea how drunk this is; for all I know it could be more than twice as drunk as I've ever been, or half as much. I know that if I get pulled over with a BAL of 0.08 or more, the "I felt fine" excuse won't fly in court. Aside from my own judgement call about how capable of driving I feel I am, how can I authoritatively tell whether my BAL is legal or not before getting behind the wheel?

I found a website for a company that ships absinth, real absinth, and contacted them over the phone. They swear it's legal to have it for personal consumption, but not to make or serve it. Does anyone know how true that is? And please, all of the judgemental jerks that feel the need to lecture for two points, save it for your imaginary circle of friends. I want to make a healthy spaghetti sauce from scratch, start to finish, without any ingredients coming from a can. I just carved my halloween pumpkin and I want to roast the seeds in my oven. I already cleaned all the stringies off and rinsed them off really well. What temperature do I put the oven at and can I season them before I put them in the oven? How long do I roast them for? Do I have to put it really close to the heat source, like the very top rack? Please help! Thanks!
