Eat some meat, lots of it. Oh, and check out the bakery section of your grocery store. Another thing, ever heard of Twinkies, HoHo's, Devil Dogs, Cream Horns....eat up.

eat lots of carbs, pasta, bread. instead of water drink liquids with calories like milk and juice. dont go on a binging diet. stay away from sugars and sweets, a few is ok, no more that 1 a day. you need to gain weight safely and if you put on the weight with all junk food you will be sorry you even thought of gaining weight. good luck!

there is a drink called boost you can buy at the supermarket. I used to love it and would drink it all the time. Then I started putting on a couple pounds. I don't know what made me eventually read the bottle but I did and was a little surprised..... you see my favorite beverage was to help people gain weight!!(oops my bad) I thought boost was like a breakfast drink or slim fast(boy was I wrong!!) I have not touched one since..... but it seems like something you might want to try..... :)

My friend needed to gain weight when she was pregnant. The doctor recommended she drink Ensure. It comes in several varieties. She also froze it for variety.
Milkshakes are good. Cheese Nachos, Bean Burritos, Guacamole Dip and Chips.
McDonalds too.

When people need to lose weight they need to stay away from simple starches or carbs, so since you're trying to gain weight eat more
bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and other carbs. Sugar is not that good for you so try to stay away from it and stay away from hydrogenated fats both will make you unhealthy. But ice cream would be fun to try gain weight with.

Ensure milkshakes (blended with ice cream) You can go to any drug store or supermarket for the drinks they come in cans mostly. Look for the one with the most calories, and blend with your favorite flavor. Drink 1-2 a day and that will do it.

i agree with moon, all i have to do is look at food to gain.
try butter on toast, anything with fat and sugar, doughnuts are incredible and when fresh they are like air, you can eat a lot and they should put on the pounds. ice cream, sunflower seeds are full of fat. pizza, big macs,etc.
IF only it were as enjoyable to lose weight. lol

grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast
eat a large pizza by yourself every week
fried chicken and french fries everyday
lots of fettuccine Alfredo on Saturdays
chicken nuggets and cheese on wednesdays
movie theater popcorn with your chicken&fries
bbq chicken sandwiches
fry your fish in corn oil only
drink slimfast along with each meal(its a meal in its self)
drink a beer after slimfast with every meal

Also go to your physician and get a B-12 shot. It will give you an appetite. Also take a multivitamin.
