Homemade vegetable beef soup. My mom used to make it all the time, and it's my idea of the perfect comfort food. Warm, filling, and lots of good memories to go along with the soup itself!

"Butter Chicken" to be had with "Rumali Roti", both mughlai dishes. Best one I've had was at Delhi Darbar in Mumbai (India).
