What is the crunch coating at dairy queen made of?

I don't mean sprinkles. They sort of look like chopped peanuts, but it's not.

It's a product made by Nestles especially for the food industry, tho you can occaisonally find it in some specialty baking stores. Not only is it used on ice cream products, but also in some baked goods. Its based on the Crunch candy bar.
