My partner and I have a presentation, and we need to make a Spanish meal. This meal will consist of a Spanish dinner course, Spanish dessert, Spanish drink, and Spanish appetizer! Please help us with what we should make for each category and where we can get those recipes! It would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Know any good substitutions for Sazon in Puerto Rican cooking? It adds alot of taste but has way too much MSG and I don't like giving it to my kids. We are a white family but eat alot of ethnic foods - especially Spanish and Asian.

Hi, I've gotten a few recipes for pie fillings, but everyone says to use a frozen pie crust from super markets.

I would like to make my own from scratch so if anyone has a basic, or even advanced recipe for a nice pie crust, it will be greatly appreciated if you share it. Thanks!

P.S. I would prefer it if it was not a graham cracker based crust thanks.
