I never bit into a goat, but I adore goat cheese. Just remember that it's different... i.e., don't expect to taste cheddar.

It's awesome if you sub. goat cheese for parmigian & you can make a really taste California-like Alfredo! Also fabulous on salads, or French bread w/ cut up sundried tomatoes.

No, it doesn't taste like goat meat. Goat stew is quite delicious, you can find the recipe by putting "birria de chivo" in a search engine. Grilled kid is also good.

Goat cheese is great on pizza and even better crumbled on salads.

I LOVE goat cheese. If you put some melba toast, drizzle with garlic infused olive oil and some herbs de provence, it is so tasty. It is an acquired taste though. I love it on pizza, in pasta, salads anything .... some does taste kind of "goaty", but the fresher ones are more mild.

OH boy I love goat cheese and goat biriyani too!

your palate is not used to such exotic and wonderful foods....it's something u acquire...need to travel more...

love, its nice when its melted, good thing to put on top of tarts and things like thta, its an aqquired taste tho, pretty weird
