Does anyone know how to cook a Peguin? I Have a Peguin I don't want anymore and I think I'm going to try to eat him. Do you think he will taste gamey should I use Rosemary or is that just for lamb meat? Thanks for the help.

Where can I find it?

What can I use in it's place if I can't find it?

Here's the recipe I got it from!

Gruyere Cheese Fondue

2 Granny Smith, cored and sliced lengthwise
2 Bartlett Pears, firm but ripe, cored and sliced lengthwise
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Garlic Clove, halved
1 Cup Medium-dry White Wine such as Gewurztraminer
2 Cups Gruyere Cheese, shredded
2 Tsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Kirsch
1/4 Tsp Nnutmeg, freshly grated

Fill a bowl with cold water. Add the apple slices, pear slices, and 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice.

Rub the inside surface of a fondue pot with the cut garlic halves. Light the heating element and adjust the flame to medium. Combine the wine and the remaining 2 teaspoons lemon juice in the fondue pot and bring to a simmer. In a bowl, toss together the Gruyere and cornstarch until well mixed. Gradually add the Gruyere mixture to the fondue pot, stirring constantly. Stir in the kirsch and heat without boiling until very thick, about 5 minutes.

Me n my group of friends will be having a food sales and someone sponsor us a chicken and now we have to think of a way to cook it. But the problem is,we have no stove to cook it on the spot that day. We can only bring an oven for our food sale. If we pre-cook the chicken at home,i'm afraid it'll be cold after a while and no one will buy it. Help! What should i do? One more thing,we need to divide the chicken for quite a number of people. Any easy and quick chicken recipe?

Someone suggested that cast-iron might not be a good material for winemaking....the acid of the juice might not react well with that paricular metal.

I have seen people drink like a can of pop within like ten to fifteen seconds. They don't actually drink it though, they pour it down their mouth like someone pours some type of liquid down a sink drain. How are they making themselves do this. What are they doing with their mouth to allow them to perform this.

This was on Today Tonight in SA about 3-4 months ago. I'm looking for links to this article if any. It involved a nutritionist keeping a burger on a shelf unrefridgerated for at least 2 yrs and comparing it to a fresh one just to show how many preservatives are in some of todays fast foods.
