Grill some hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken! If that's not fast enough... Trying serving frito-pie! What is frito-pie? Buy some Frito's, warm up some chill in a microwave (or crock-pot) to poor over them, and top it off with some cheese. Some people like shredded Cheddar, but I like the Cheddar cheese in the can.

Brocolli and mushroom soup:
boil chopped broccoli and mushroom in water and some salt. When cooked, add in some corn flour (pre dissolved in water/milk) and some cream or milk. Season with pepper, a sprig of Rosemary and parsely.
You can even blend the soup for a creamier texture.
Rosemary Roast potatoes:
Cook potatoes with salt and peel them. Cube them into cubes aroud 3/4 inch to an inch. Season with Rosemary, ceyene pepper/pepper, roasted mustard seeds and rosemary sprigs (gently crushed) with some olive oil to roast. Bake till lgolden brown.
These are cost effective and not very high in fat content as well.

Pasta dishes are always a cost effective way to feed a lot of people. Baked Ziti for example pasta sauce cheese and your good to go!
Easy Dessert Ricekrispy treats!!! Nofrills krispies, marshmellow and butter!

make some brownies with a pot & call them pot brownies. dont put pot in them.
when they eat the brownies,they might come back 4 psychological high. if u get busted, u can sue because they werent illegal & u didnt lie because u made them with a pot.
