I have seen people drink like a can of pop within like ten to fifteen seconds. They don't actually drink it though, they pour it down their mouth like someone pours some type of liquid down a sink drain. How are they making themselves do this. What are they doing with their mouth to allow them to perform this.

It leads to severe gas problems later on! The same goes for those who eat food very fast and chew very little.

When I work out I suck down my rip it energy drink that fast but I am also sweating a lot as well. I get very thirsty when I work out.

they fill up the base of their throat with the liquid, and swallow while keeping their tongue from letting the other fluid come down as well... repeat.

it's called chugging - more common with beer

HARD WORK BECAUSE I CAN DO THAT SO IT TAKES ALONG TIME TO GET IT RIGHT AND MAKE SURE THAT I GOES AND YOU DON'T BREATHE
