I woke up to my cooked pot roast mixed with the gravy from drippings in the tupperware I meant to put in the fridge. It has been out in a 60 degree kitchen for 9 hours. Do I need to throw it out or is it exaggerated to not leave food out for hours. It is in a sealed container. Also it is so good I hate to toss it. Should I?

Yesterday i had 100ml Smirn off vodka with couple of budweiser's 24oz. everyday i do this.. as soon as i start my second bud beer , i never know when i sleep. its happening to me for the last 3 months..is tht gr8??

I grew up in Indiana and moved to kentucky last year and my momma always put brown sugar in her chili and served it with a peanut butter sandwich and it was soooooo gooooood! But when i moved down here everyone said they had never heard of that and it sounds gross! When I try the chili down here it has no sugar in it and just tastes bitter and too tomatoey! They never serve peanut butter with it, they serve cheese or fritos (which is good too) but i guess it's just what ya grow up getting use to!

I asked earlier if it was ok to eat food which has been left un-rifrigerated for 1 whole day,
9 people said ok to eat
5 people said not ok. ( 1 chef, 1 Nurse)

So I think that it is too nice to waste, so I'm going to take a risk and eat it.
If you don't hear from me, I have died of food poisoning!

Foods that keep you full?
I only know porridge, but I can't eat it because it's disgusting and once I had to throw porridge up and it was really hard to throw up because it's so thick; it sort of got suck in my throat and I thought I was going to choke and die. But I didn't.

So what foods do the slow release energy thing?
