Do you mean tea as in dinner from 5ish?
Do a quick and simple spaghetti bolognaise with a good sprinkle of cheese on top.

if it is hot tea you need milk and sugar. but if you are asking what you should have with your tea.I have to know if it is for lunch or dinner, or if it is for tea time with friends . dry toast , bread sticks or muffins it just depends on the people .

the previous answer failed to mention cream tea,
ie your choice of tea leaves, boiled water, milk, clotted cream, sweet scones and any jam
if that does not fill you up, nothing will!
