either put it on a brown paper bag or if you have a rice dispenser/storer, wrap the bananas on a newspaper and bury them in the uncooked rice inside your rice dispenser(at the top where you can check it out). The warmth the rice will give will be enough to ripen the fruit faster.
If you dont have a rice dispenser, as long as you have a compact rice storer with enough kilograms of rice to completely bury the bananas, that will surely work.

Either.....get the bananas warm (wow, 'bananas' is so fun to type! bananas bananas! hehehe!) and keep them warm....orrrr......hit them! I know it sounds strange! But it's like steak, you make them tender and they ripen a little
