Put a little sesame oil in a frying pan, when it's hot, toss in cut up chicken and what ever veggies you fancy. Stir fry until all is almost tender, add teriyaki sauce, stir fry another minute and you are done.

I'd just put a little bit of olive oil in a pan, sautee' up the chicken with some garlic and chili flakes, and toss in whatever vegetables you like... i'd go for broccoli, shredded carrots, mushrooms, snow pea pods, and onions. Add some soy sauce or teriyaki and you're all good! Healthy and delicious!

always use fresh, clean veggies of your preference. Dice the chicken and marinade in a little itallian dressing (good season's is my choice). Of Course you need to heat the veggies first then add the chicken with the marinade, and a little white wine helps with flavor too. Now I'm hungry..... have fun and enjoy.
