I like the taste of coffee, regular or decaf. I've read in many articles that coffee has 100 times more antioxidants than Green Tea. Only problem is, I don't much like tea unless it's sweetened like hell. I can drink coffee black though unlike tea w/ no milk/lemon or sugar/honey. So, I just want to know if decaf has just as many antioxidants as regular.

I mean, caffeine comes naturally in teas and coffees, but there's nothing natural about Coke and I've always wondered if it's a powder or a liquid or what the heck kindof ingredient it is. AND why they don't sell that ingredient straight up at the grocery store!?

Does anyone eat chinese food cold out of the fridge? I've heard some people like it...I know cold pizza is pretty popular. Anyways, I just tried eating some cold Hunan Shrimp and rice and couldn't do it...had to nuke it.

I'm going to be designing a hand coffee grinder for a class (college). Anyone who takes part in festive and passionate coffee drinking should tell me what main things you would look for in a grinder. Thanks! (this could be mechanical or aesthetic)

I was watching Everyday Italian today, and she cooked some stuff in her stainless steel sautee pan, then put it right in the oven. Is it okay to do that? The brand is Tramontina and they are all stainless steel. I would love to be able to sautee then put straight in the oven, but I don't want to ruin my beautiful new pans!

Also, does anyone have any good suggestions for cleaning them? I use Mr. Metal and the soft side of a sponge since the harsh side scratches them, but sometimes it's so hard to get the food off inside since I can't scrub them. Any suggestions?
