Grilled Salmon sounds like a winner... I prefer cous cous with mine, along with sauteed zucchini.
I also like the sound of a tomato-basil and onion sandwich with fresh mozzarella cheese, garlic, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, toasted to a delicious crispy golden brown on ciabbata bread

I love a grilled chicken, with grilled or baked yam and a delicious salad with spinach, tomatoes, cukes, sunflower nuts, lettuce etc., very filling and very good. Dessert: oh, you can't forget that! Apple crisp or frozen vanilla yogurt (or good quality ice cream) with fresh cantaloupe on top. YUM

chicken spaghetti with corn on the cob and a fresh green toss salad. It quick and easy !!! And some homemade peach cobbler or peach pie like some people can it!!! But my family calls it cobbler!! Ok u might not want the cobbler we normally eat homemade fruit salad!! Cobbler on special occasions!!
