Does anyone eat chinese food cold out of the fridge? I've heard some people like it...I know cold pizza is pretty popular. Anyways, I just tried eating some cold Hunan Shrimp and rice and couldn't do it...had to nuke it.

no, i'm chinese, and i can tell you most chinese food are not meant to be eaten cold. only the cold platters, or chinese cold dishes can be eaten cold. the rest will taste yucky if you eat it straight from the fridge without heating it.

Love cold Chinese- I often have some left over for supper. So far I've had Princess Chicken, Mongolian Pork, and Family Style Bean Curd, at different times. All with cold fried rice.

yummmmmy, I eat just about EVERYTHING cold. I prefer most everything cold. With chinese because of the rice, I enjoy it warm more, but the best is a chicken stirfry with baby corn, bamboo shoots, and celery. It's delicious cold!
