I want take the juice from Amla fruit for drinking purpose.?

Request latest or usual technology for getting juice from Amla fruit.

The best way i know of is to wash thoroughly then remove the seed. Take a mixer, put in the amla pieces and add a little drinking water and churn. Sieve this through a strainer and Amla juice is ready. You could try seasoning it with a pinch of black salt.

I guess the best 'technology' is to simply put it in a blender(remove the seed first,of course) with some ice cubes, and some water.Crush it and then strain through a strainer.season with salt and sugar and drink.But I would advise you to eat the fruit instead pf making a juice out of it, because then you will get the benefit of its fibre too.
